Return Policy

HO Soccer has a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 20 days of purchase.  Any returned items must be new (never used), in its original packaging and with any original tags.  Any item that has been used or even shows signs of use cannot be returned as we cannot re-sell these items.

Defective Products

Any product that is defective can be returned at our cost.  Please understand that GK gloves have a relatively short life span and in most cases wear and tear to latex palms is not covered under warranty.  This is true because we cannot control how the gloves are being used while in play, i.e. the keeper is landing on the palms when he/she dives.  Nor can we control that the gloves receive proper care for the latex. We will review each defective claim though and if you feel that the glove is defective please send us a picture for review.

 

How to get a Return Authorization

Please call (800)992-2021 or email: info@hosoccer.net to request a return authorization.  Although an RA is not mandatory it will make the process much easier.

 

Return Freight/Shipping Costs

Please take care when ordering your products.  Although we will take back the product and credit you the cost of the item, the cost responsibility to ship the product (with tracking) back to our warehouse is yours.  If you are exchanging an item – we will ship the replacement freight free.  If we have made an error in your order (ship the wrong size) then we will cover the cost of the return and replacement freight.

 

Take Special Care with GK Gloves

We encourage you to immediately try on your GK gloves for fit and feel.  You will not be able to “test” the gloves with a ball as this will mark the latex palm and make the glove non-returnable. 

 

Returned Items in “not returnable” condition

As you can imagine, if we cannot resell a returned item then we cannot credit your account for a return.  All credits will go on account once we have received the return and confirmed that it is in new condition.  If/when we receive a return that is not in new/resalable condition, you will need to pay to have the product shipped back to you.
